To those supervising new and or experienced workers with food safety training, this guide is to lead you through each of the lessons. Complete with learning objectives, facilitated discussion questions, key definitions, optional activities (for extended training), and further resources for teaching adult learners. Trainers can adapt the most effective training methods for their audiences for lasting safe food handling behaviors.
Included in the appendix are Additional templates available for printing and training without an internet connection or for customizing to your farm.
Remember with certain covered produce safety activities, recordkeeping is a requirement under the FSMA PSR.
